A delightful and easy way to enjoy fluffy pancakes without the hassle of flipping each one. Perfect for family breakfasts and can be customized with various toppings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Toppings (blueberries, bananas, chocolate chips, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a baking sheet.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients in another bowl: milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it evenly.
  6. Add your favorite toppings across the top of the batter.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cut into squares and serve warm.
