A vibrant and communal feast featuring shrimp, potatoes, corn, and sausage, all seasoned with Old Bay, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound new potatoes, halved
  • 1 pound corn on the cob, cut into thirds
  • 1/2 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the shrimp, potatoes, corn, sausage, olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a large sheet pan.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the shrimp are cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat in a 350°F (175°C) oven for about 10 minutes.
