A quick and flavorful Shrimp Scampi Pasta recipe that brings coastal flavors to your table.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (linguine or spaghetti)
  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the skillet by melting butter over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Sauté the shrimp in the skillet until they turn pink.
  4. Add white wine and let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta with the shrimp mixture and garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, pair with a crisp salad and a glass of white wine. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
