Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Long-grain white rice
  • Cream of chicken soup
  • Onion soup mix
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Frozen peas or corn
  • Chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Slow Cooker: Spray with cooking spray or use a liner.
  2. Layer the Chicken: Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Add the Rice: Sprinkle uncooked rice evenly over the chicken.
  4. Mix the Sauce: Combine cream of chicken soup, onion soup mix, and chicken broth; pour over rice and chicken.
  5. Cook: Set to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Add Cheese: 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  7. Finish with Veggies: Stir in peas or corn just before serving.
