  • 1 cup white rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker, creating a base that will soak up all the delicious flavors.
  2. In a bowl, mix together chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, and Italian dressing mix. Pour this luscious mixture over the chicken, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
  3. Sprinkle the white rice over the top of the mixture, ensuring it is submerged in the liquid for optimal cooking.
