A rich and creamy chicken soup infused with garlic and Italian herbs, perfect for cozy family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb tender chicken (boneless, skinless)
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crusty bread (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken, chopped onion, and minced garlic into your slow cooker.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth, then sprinkle in the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Remove the chicken from the pot and shred it.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well-blended.
