  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortillas, for serving
  • Toppings such as cilantro, diced onions, and lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pork shoulder by seasoning it with cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, bay leaf, and orange juice.
  3. Slow cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  4. Shred the pork using two forks into bite-sized pieces.
