- 1 box of brownie mix
- Ingredients for brownie mix (usually eggs, oil, and water)
- 1 package of chocolate chip cookie dough
- 1 package of Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the brownie mix box.
- Combine the ingredients needed for the brownie mix and mix until well blended.
- Spread half of the brownie batter evenly across the bottom of a prepared baking dish.
- Arrange the Oreo cookies on top of the brownie batter in a single layer.
- Flatten the cookie dough into a layer large enough to cover the Oreos.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter over the cookie dough layer.
- Bake according to the brownie mix instructions for about 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Allow the brownies to cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
Notes
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate or caramel sauce.
