A delicious fusion of classic smash burgers and tacos, featuring juicy beef patties, gooey cheese, and fresh toppings wrapped in soft tortillas.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 taco-sized flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Lettuce, shredded
  • Tomato, diced
  • Pickles, sliced
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Shape the ground beef into six equal portions.
  3. Smash each beef ball onto the skillet to form patties.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip and add cheese.
  6. Finish cooking for another 2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  7. Warm the tortillas in another pan.
  8. Assemble your tacos with a cheesy patty, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
  9. Serve and enjoy immediately!

Notes

Don’t rush the smashing for a crispy outside. Use quality ground beef for juicier patties.
