A delightful dessert combining all the cherished elements of classic S’mores with creamy vanilla ice cream, chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Softly melt the vanilla ice cream by letting it sit at room temperature.
  2. Stir in marshmallows, crumbs, chocolate chips, and milk until evenly combined.
  3. Freeze the mixture in an airtight container for at least 4 hours.
  4. Serve with chocolate syrup drizzled on top.

Notes

For fun, serve in waffle cones or top with extra mini marshmallows and graham cracker bits. Leftovers can be kept in the freezer for up to two weeks.
