  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken thighs generously with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sear the chicken thighs until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  4. Set the chicken aside while keeping the drippings in the pan.
  5. Sauté the chopped onions with butter until translucent and aromatic, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  7. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  8. Mix in the heavy cream until smooth.
  9. Return the chicken thighs back to the skillet.
  10. Simmer on low heat for about 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and gravy thickens.
