Delightful sliders that combine the flavors of a classic Big Mac in a fun-sized, shareable format, perfect for game night or family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 slider buns
  • 8 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Prepare the Big Mac sauce by combining mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, chopped onion, and sugar in a mixing bowl.
  4. Assemble the slider base by cutting the slider buns in half and layering the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  5. Layer the cooked ground beef evenly over the bottom buns, followed by a layer of cheese slices.
  6. Add shredded lettuce and pickles on top of the cheese.
  7. Spread the Big Mac sauce over the pickles.
  8. Cap it off by placing the top halves of the buns on and brushing with a little melted butter if desired.
  9. Bake covered with foil for about 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melty and bubbly.
  10. Serve warm as an appetizer or quick dinner.
