These spicy southwest turkey burgers are bursting with flavor and a hint of spice, perfect for summer cookouts and weeknight dinners.

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, taco seasoning, diced onion, minced jalapeño, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix and Form Patties: Mix until well combined, then form the mixture into patties about 1 inch thick.
  3. Preheat the Grill: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, allowing it to reach the perfect temperature for that mouthwatering char.
