These bite-sized cheese balls blend creamy cheese, smoky bacon, and spicy jalapeños for a flavorful treat perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled bacon
  • 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Cooking spray or oil for baking/frying

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and jalapeños in a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper; stir well.
  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Chill for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) or heat oil for frying.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
