A warm, creamy dish featuring shredded chicken, spinach, and artichokes, perfect for dinner or parties.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken, chopped spinach, and chopped artichokes.
  4. Mix in the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese, along with the garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Remove the dish from the oven and serve hot.

Notes

For an extra crunchy top, sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese on top during the last few minutes of baking. Consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
