A sweet and savory chicken dish enveloped in a glossy honey garlic glaze, perfect for family dinners and gatherings.

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Place the chicken thighs in a bag or bowl and pour the marinade over them. Seal and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Arrange the marinated chicken in a baking dish and pour the remaining marinade over the top.
  5. Slide the baking dish into the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate overnight. Ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) for safety.
