Delicious egg rolls filled with a creamy strawberry cheesecake mixture, fried to golden perfection.

Ingredients

  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Optional: powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the diced strawberries.
  3. Place about 2 tablespoons of the strawberry cheesecake mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
  4. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, fold in the sides, and roll tightly to seal.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Fry the egg rolls in batches, turning occasionally until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
