A delightful medley of fresh strawberries, creamy goodness, and crispy pretzels that balances sweetness and crunch.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz), softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the granulated sugar and mix until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture.
  4. In another bowl, combine the crushed pretzels, melted butter, and brown sugar.
  5. Layer half of the pretzel mixture, followed by half of the cream cheese mixture, and then half of the sliced strawberries in a serving dish.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled, garnished with extra sliced strawberries or mint. Best enjoyed fresh to maintain pretzel crunch.
