A nostalgic and refreshing dessert made with layers of strawberries, whipped cream, and graham crackers, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 1 pound strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package (14 ounces) graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  2. Layer graham crackers flat on the bottom of a rectangular dish.
  3. Add sliced strawberries generously over the graham crackers.
  4. Spread a layer of whipped cream over the strawberries.
  5. Repeat layering with graham crackers, strawberries, and whipped cream until all ingredients are used.
  6. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
  7. Slice the cake into squares and garnish with extra strawberries before serving.

Notes

For the freshest flavor, use ripe, seasonal strawberries. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
