  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Whipped cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Whisk the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Combine the milk, egg, and melted butter in another bowl.
  3. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  4. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  5. Cook 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake until bubbles form, then flip to golden brown.
  6. Serve warm topped with sliced strawberries and whipped cream.

Notes
