  • 1 cup ricotta cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Medjool dates lengthwise and remove the pits.
  3. Combine the ricotta cheese, honey, chopped pistachios, vanilla extract, and sea salt in a mixing bowl.
