  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup creamy French dressing
  • 2 cups crushed Doritos
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool in a colander to prevent it from becoming mushy.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it’s browned, stirring to break up any lumps. Drain excess fat to keep things light and delicious.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, sautéed ground beef, halved cherry tomatoes, corn, black beans, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Pour the creamy French dressing over the mixture, and toss everything together to ensure each ingredient is lovingly coated.
