A comforting and savory Asian pork tenderloin dish, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 to 2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and Sriracha in a bowl to create the marinade.
  3. Coat the pork in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
  4. Bring the pork to room temperature for about 15 minutes before cooking.
  5. Sear the pork in a hot skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Reserve the marinade and pour it over the seared pork.
  7. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  8. Let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes to retain juices.
  9. Slice the pork and serve garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Serve with jasmine rice or noodles; can be meal prepped and stored in an airtight container.
