Ingredients
Scale
1.5 to 2 pounds pork tenderloin
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons sesame oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 inch fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon Sriracha (adjust to taste)
2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Mix together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and Sriracha in a bowl to create the marinade.
Coat the pork in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
Bring the pork to room temperature for about 15 minutes before cooking.
Sear the pork in a hot skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Reserve the marinade and pour it over the seared pork.
Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes to retain juices.
Slice the pork and serve garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
