A quick and wholesome Thai Basil Chicken recipe, packed with flavor and perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast
  • 1 cup Thai basil leaves
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 Bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 2 cups Rice, cooked

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and diced onion, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced chicken breast and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.
  5. Mix in sliced bell pepper and cook until tender.
  6. Stir in Thai basil leaves and cook for an additional minute.
  7. Serve over cooked rice. Enjoy your meal!
