  • 1/2 cup sour cream (Full-fat sour cream)
  • 1/4 cup cultured buttermilk
  • 4 oz blue cheese (Crumble into large chunks)
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar (Substitute with lemon juice if desired)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp coarse black pepper (Freshly ground)
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt (Adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp fresh green chives (Finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Combine the mayonnaise and sour cream in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the cultured buttermilk and stir well.
  4. Crumble the blue cheese into the mixture.
