  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish
  • Pasta of your choice (e.g., spaghetti or penne)

Instructions

  1. Cook your pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add sliced zucchini and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  5. Incorporate halved cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Mix in the cooked pasta and toss everything together.
