  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (such as dill or parsley, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Marinade the salmon fillets in the mixture for about 15 minutes.
  4. Prepare for grilling by placing the salmon skin-side down on the grill grates, topping with lemon slices.
  5. Grill the salmon for 15-20 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
