Delightful and fluffy vanilla donuts that melt in your mouth, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Combine the milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract in another bowl and whisk until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fill each donut pan about halfway with the batter.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool the donuts for a few minutes before removing them from the pan.
  8. Dust the cooled donuts with powdered sugar before serving.
