A decadent warm dip made with Boursin cheese, cream cheese, garlic, and fresh herbs, perfect for sharing with friends and family.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Boursin cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crostini or toasted baguette slices for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the Boursin cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped chives, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  4. Transfer the creamy mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Serve warm with crostini or toasted baguette slices.

Notes

Leftover dip can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in an oven-safe dish at 350°F until warmed through.
