A vibrant and festive poke cake adorned with fresh berries, perfect for summer celebrations.

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • Red and blue food coloring (optional)
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Mix the cake mix according to package instructions, adding the eggs and water. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Remove the cake from the oven and poke holes all over the surface with a fork.
  5. Mix sweetened condensed milk with food coloring, if using, and pour over the cake.
  6. Allow the cake to cool completely.
  7. Top the cake with whipped topping, spreading it evenly.
  8. Decorate with fresh blueberries and chopped strawberries.
  9. Add red, white, and blue sprinkles, if desired.
  10. Slice and serve chilled.
